We are seeking a dynamic and organized Firm Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Supervise and manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Human Resources:
Lead recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with HR policies.
Client Services:
Work closely with client services teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any client-related concerns.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in office management, preferably within an accounting or financial services environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
Knowledge of HR practices and compliance regulations.

Assist in project management activities.

Assist CEO to ensure the firm's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Address day-to-day operational challenges.
