We are seeking a detail-oriented administrator to assist with short-term turnover scheduling and day-to-day administrative assistance.

Team Leads, Be Still Getaways, LLC Job Overview:
This position is responsible for assisting Be Still Getaways Operations Team Leads in day-to-day administrative duties.
This includes managing the turnover schedule, ensuring that all turns are covered, ensuring quality control between the BSG property management system and operations scheduling system, and assisting with day to day virtual tasks for Team Leads.
Responsibilities:
? Maintain turnover schedule and ensure that there is adequate coverage on a daily and weekly basis.
? Assist with immediate Turno software needs when Team Leads are on a job.
? Ensure that all Turno jobs align with Eviivo schedule daily and no turns are missed.
? Provide communication to BSG Turnover Staff when needed.
? Create relationships with the cleaning team and communicate with them effectively as changes to the properties occur.
? Assist the CEO and Team Leads with creating new property checklists when a new unit is onboarded.
? Communicate with HR as needed in regards to cleaning team questions, onboarding new cleaners, and any other HR related issues that may arise.
? Manage all projects as a co-host on TurnoverBnb.
? Review cleaner notes and images on each job and create an action plan if there are problems.
Qualifications:
? Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets and mobile devices ? Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed.
? Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts ? Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment ? Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions ? Highly responsive and reliable ? Strong attention to detail ? Adhere to all company policies and procedures This job is fully remote but does require a very quick response time.
Be Still Getaways is a dynamic, fast-paced work environment that does require high attention to detail.
This position is full-time and starting pay begins at $18.
00/hr.
