00 PM Position Summary The region's premier expert for comprehensive printing, mailing, promotional/apparel, and fulfillment services is seeking an experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our team! We are looking to add to our administration sales support team as we expand our presence both locally and regionally through our vast print, mail, and promotional/apparel solution offerings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Engage with customers as the primary contact after the sale, job entry, being proactive in anticipating customer needs, answering, and responding to customers' questions/concerns, and keeping in constant daily communication with customer to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product.
Maintain close contact with the sales department or salesperson of customer.
Facilitate estimates with company's active and prospective customers.
Assist customers with making decisions regarding changes, and create, adapt and/or change procedures and/or paperwork to fit customer's specific needs.
Coordinate all necessary information on customers' exact job requirements.
Coordinate and maintain necessary records to document customer alterations, corrections and/or changes that occur during work-in-process to internal departments and managers as well as to the customer.
Coordinate and monitor all phases of production to ensure accurate and timely completion of jobs.
Remain updated on all new technologies and plant equipment and understand how it affects customer accounts.
Communicate and coordinate with outside vendors, and issue purchase orders as necessary.
Evaluate and approve invoices for outside vendor work.
Document and substantiate all extra changes and quote deviations.
Educate customers on printing process, new technology or production capabilities as needed.
Educate customers on promo and apparel, creative ideation and presentation, new technology or production capabilities as needed.
Ensure that quality is maintained throughout the entire customer job process, internally and externally with outside vendors.
Manage the communication of internal product production, as well as external vendor sourcing, through and to the sales representative and the customer/client.
Conduct follow-up after job is completed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow all company policies and procedures as specified in the Employee Handbook.
Qualifications:

years' work experience in Customer Service position (printing industry preferred) General knowledge of basic software programs.
Highly organized with professional verbal / written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with little or no instruction, as well as an ability to work in a team setting.
Compensation:
Hourly, 40-hour work week.
Standard benefits (will be listed separately) 401K match ESOP participation Supervisory Responsibility:
