Our ideal candidate for this position will have experience with maintaining confidentiality and being a active listener as well as exceptional skills with numbers and data, be extremely detail oriented and have the ability to handle all situations with grace.
Working as an Administrative Assistant at New Country Organics is a very fast paced position.
Most days go by very quickly as you multi- task throughout the day.
The Administrative Assistant will mainly work with accounts receivable, daily deposit and account reconciliations of multiple account statements, processing credits and refunds.
Additional Human Resources functions include verifying insurance invoices, recruiting, onboarding, training & orientation, employee file maintenance and payroll.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience with HIPPA regulations, PCQORI filings, recruiting, daily HR function, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
An understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Practices is important for this position.
