Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Subsidized Daycare Director for our religious exempt subsidized daycare center.
As an Assistant Director, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall management and operations of our daycare, ensuring the provision of high-quality care and education in accordance with religious exemptions.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Director in the day-to-day administration and supervision of the daycare center.
Implement and maintain policies and procedures in compliance with state regulations and religious exempt guidelines.
Collaborate with the Director to develop and oversee curriculum planning, ensuring it aligns with both religious teachings and educational standards.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of teaching staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
