Process work orders in QuickBooks from Mill, Panels, UV, and Spray Processes outside work orders and invoice orders using QuickBooks Verify receipt of rough lumber Issue POs - Rough lumber and per job orders; follow up and coordinate shipments Customer support:
Ability to provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints.
Preferred
Experience:
Excellent written and verbal skills (required) Strong Attention to detail Ability to think critically & work independently Experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Intermediate technical skills (computers and printers) Work well with others, expect to be cross-trained This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills.
