We currently have a position available for a full-time Payroll Specialist within our company.
This person must be experienced, self-motivated and have a team attitude.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Process live payrolls and all required tax deposits Prepare quarterly payroll tax returns Process annual w-2's Provide all documents required based on our client's needs Payroll consulting with clients Prepare payroll audit & censuses Research and resolve all payroll tax notices Registering & Maintaining tax accounts Processing of garnishments and other benefit payments Maintain current payroll tax legislation Job Requirements Requirements for the Payroll Specialist are as follows:
4 Year Degree Minimum 2 years of payroll experience (preferred) Excellent organization and mathematical skills High-level of attention to details Time management skills Great communicator Experience with ADP payroll system and QuickBooks (preferred) Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$45,000.
