Responsibilities:
Process all new and used vehicles for registration within the state.
Prepare and submit tax and title documents.
Ensure legal compliance and accuracy in all title applications.
Manage payoff checks for vehicles and trade-ins.
Maintain and verify out-of-state titles.
Keep track of outstanding title work and report to management.
Handle wholesaler title transfers and monthly reporting.
Prepare stock cards, process vehicle sales, and register warranties and service contracts.
Stay updated on title regulations and provide training to staff as needed.
Maintain a professional appearance and a well-organized work area.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
Strong understanding of DMV regulations and processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in office software and systems.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
