Answering telephone, scheduling appointments, routing incoming calls to appropriate staff members Calling patients, confirming appointments, and maintaining a full appointment schedule MUST HAVE QUALITIES & SKILLS:
Professional, thoughtful, and willing to go above and beyond to exceed patient expectations Caring and friendly demeanor Excellent phone and communication skills Detail orientated Multi-tasker and quick learner High school diploma or GED required; vocational or some college preferred.
